Ancient Egypt

Ancient Egypt was located in Africa on the banks of the Nile River.  The period is 7000 B.C.E.-C.E. 395.  Egypt was a very, very hot, dry climate.The Nile River is very imporant in Egypt.  Ancient Egyptians used pens like we do. Today they have pencil cases like we do.  They use toothbrushes, toothpaste, locks and keys, makeup, combs, wigs, deodorant, and scissors.  The Egytians wore high heels like we do.  They were just like ours, they were not comfortable.  They make buckets like we do, sandals, and paper.  They bury people like we do.  They have graves like us.  The Nile River allowed ancient Egyptians to build their great civilization in a desert.  Ancient means very old.  Egypt is situated in the Northeast corner of the  Africa.
