In an effort to promote leadership, character, and service within our School, WHS's national honor society offers students a safe, on-campus, after school, free opportunity for receiving tutoring, Working in study groups, and working on homework.
Tutors volunteer their time and academic abilities Monday-Thursday, from 2-3 PM in room 1. By completing the linked application for a tutor, students can be paired up with individual tutors or study groups to work on class concepts for an extended amount of time or for just a few sessions.
Students may purchase hot coffee, tea, or hot chocolate and baked goods all for $.50 each to rejuvenate them and get them ready for learning. All proceeds go to the whs national honor society to cover the expenses of national membership, field trips, and graduation honor cords.
