Records and Transcripts
Copies of transcripts, immunization records and Exceptional Student Education records may be obtained in guidance. Requests for these records should be given 24 hours in advance. Download a copy here of the final transcript form or pick up the form in guidance as soon as you know which college you will be attending in the fall. Once final grades are in the computer and transcripts are ready to be printed your final transcript will be sent to the college. Students must fill out an application in guidance requesting transcripts to be sent to colleges, scholarships, etc.
Plan ahead: Remember that Guidance hours change during the summer. Contact the Guidance office at 926-2221 for more information.
