School Registration Forms and Information Click on the school your child will be attending and a list of forms and other documents will display. Those marked with a " * " are forms you will need to complete, print and sign. You can return these forms to the school before school starts or during open house. The other documents are for your information and you can print them out or return to the page to review them as often as you choose.
